Welcome to The Avocado — your own private 3-bedroom, 3-bath Austin home, set up for the kind of trip where everyone gets their own space and still ends up in the kitchen together. The primary bedroom has a king bed; bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults in real beds, up to 12 total with a sleeper sofa. The unit is built for longer stays and group travel. You'll find a dedicated workspace with a real desk and ergonomic chair, fast Wi-Fi (100+ Mbps), blackout shades in every bedroom, a full kitchen with dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony. Free parking is included on site. Our focus is the home itself: a clean, fully stocked space ready the moment you arrive. We personally inspect linens, kitchen, and bathrooms before every check-in, and we respond fast if anything needs attention during your stay — typically within minutes during the day, within an hour overnight. The community also has a pool, gym, and sport courts that guests are welcome to use during their stay. House Rules To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, guests are expected to follow the house rules below. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property in accordance with our policies. Events & Gatherings: Events and gatherings are allowed. Guests must be respectful of the property, neighbors, and surrounding community. Excessive noise or disturbances are not permitted. Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are allowed. Please be mindful of the property and properly dispose of any smoking-related waste. Quiet Hours: Guests are expected to maintain reasonable noise levels and respect the surrounding area at all times. Please follow the provided check-in instructions and ensure the property is vacated on time at checkout. Commercial Photography & Filming: Commercial photography and filming are allowed. Guests must notify the host in advance and follow any applicable guidelines or requirements. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 12. Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay at the property. Emergency Access: In rare situations involving safety concerns, building integrity, or potential property damage (such as water leaks, fire alarms, or urgent maintenance issues), the host or building management may need to access the apartment with little or no advance notice. Whenever possible, guests will be notified beforehand. Any entry will be limited only to what is necessary, focused on the affected area, and documented to ensure guest safety, privacy, and protection of the property.

We welcome families, professionals and respectful groups. This isn’t a party house. The community is residential and laid-back, which makes it a great place to rest up between busy Austin days. Shared amenities are operated by the property; on rare occasions, hours may change for maintenance or cleaning.
