Settle into your own private 3-bedroom, 3-bath Austin home — built for longer stays, event weekends, and families or small teams who want real space. The primary bedroom has a king bed; bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults in real beds, up to 12 total. The unit is set up for working trips and longer stays. You'll find a dedicated workspace with a real desk and ergonomic chair, fast Wi-Fi (100+ Mbps), blackout shades in every bedroom, a full kitchen with dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony. Free parking is included on site. Our focus is the home itself: a clean, fully stocked space ready the moment you arrive. We personally inspect linens, kitchen, and bathrooms before every check-in, and we respond fast if anything needs attention during your stay — typically within minutes during the day, within an hour overnight. The community also has a pool, gym, and sport courts that guests are welcome to use during their stay. Location: 10 minutes to UT campus, 10 minutes to downtown Austin, 12 minutes to Austin-Bergstrom Airport, 15 minutes to South Congress. Quiet residential complex.

No parties, events, or gatherings of non-registered guests. Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM. Emergency Access In rare situations involving safety, building integrity, or potential damage (such as water leaks, fire alarms, or urgent maintenance issues), the host or building management may need to access the apartment with little or no notice. Whenever possible, we will notify guests in advance and limit entry strictly to what is necessary. Our priority is always to protect your safety, privacy, and the condition of the home while minimizing any disruption to your stay. Any emergency entry will be documented and limited to the affected area only.

This home is in a quiet residential gated community, so we’re a great fit for families and respectful groups. No parties or events. Community amenities are managed by the property and may occasionally have adjusted hours for cleaning or maintenance, but they’re a fantastic bonus during your stay.
